Hot Topics for Construction Projects - Legal Update
This seminar will look at a number of topical legal issues in the construction sector, including a look ahead to the provisions to be brought into force later this year in the Local Democracy, Economic Development and Construction Act 2009, the impact of the changes in the latest revision of the JCT suite of contracts and recent legislative changes that will affect those involved in construction in the public sector.
