This seminar will focus on the most recent proposals to change the legal regime for the decommissioning of offshore installations in the UKCS. Recognised experts in government and industry will discuss attempts at addressing the decommissioning liabilities, regulatory changes, challenges and recent industry experiences relating to decommissioning of offshore facilities.
