Freedom of Information update
Shepherd and Wedderburn invites you to this breakfast seminar to look at the most recent decisions under the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act and Freedom of Information Act. This seminar will focus on areas of particular concern, with particular focus on how recent decisions are impacting on commercially sensitive and confidential information held by public bodies, looking at recent developments in data protection and FOI and providing a general round up of developments in information management law.
Audience
Any person dealing with Freedom of Information on behalf of a public body as well as those acting in the private sector who interact regularly with the public sector.
