Professional Discipline update
Drawing on our extensive experience of professional regulation in the financial, medical and legal sectors, this seminar will provide an update on recent trends and case law, essential for all those with an interest in professional regulation. Topics for discussion will include relevant human rights law developments, as well as the increasing trend towards 'principles-based' regulation. Delegates will have the opportunity to share ideas and participate in discussion, drawing on the experiences of a range of professions and regulatory bodies.
