Leases - Management Documentation

For previous versions of documents, please visit the archive section.

The purpose of the Management Documentation is to provide solicitors with standard forms of documents for use when dealing with the day to day management aspects of leased property, as distinct from dealing with the actual negotiation of a lease itself. The suite of documents therefore encompasses those required in connection with documenting rent reviews, dealing with renunciations and assignations, granting consents to assignations and subleases and the like. The existing suite is set out below, but it will be expanded further shortly. Detailed Guidelines also accompany this series.
