Kevin specialises in building, development, engineering and infrastructure contracts and procurement for both private and public sector clients. He has particular experience in renewables technologies and projects, gas storage and electricity infrastructure as well as the transport sector. He advises developers, end-users, funders and purchasers on built environment projects and works extensively in outsourcing, O&M and facilities management. Kevin's extensive projects and procurement experience has seen him advising clients on strategies and implementation under the spectrum of procurement routes from traditional through design and build to partnering and PPP.
