One of Scotland's best-known corporate lawyers, Paul counts a number of major UK companies in his client list, which reflects his focus on the energy and financial sectors. Paul is a licensed Insolvency Practitioner and heads up our restructuring and insolvency practice with over 25 years' experience in the area. His particular specialism is complex restructuring and insolvency work involving the application his wide range of banking, insolvency and corporate experience. He is a non-executive director of Scottish Financial Enterprise and is a member of the business policy committee of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Scotland.
