Head of Employment, Neil has strong experience of managing complex business transfers and restructuring programmes, involving TUPE and redundancy, collective consultation and industrial relations issues. He provides excellent corporate support. He has experience across a range of sectors, but particularly so in education, where he has advised a number of universities, colleges and independent schools. He is a strategic thinker and also keenly pragmatic and commercial. Neil is an experienced advocate in both the employment and employment appeals tribunals. He has also been successful in using mediation as a route to resolve disputes promptly and commercially.
