Stephen has, for over 25 years, provided advice to clients with an interest in commercial real estate, whether as an occupier, an investor or as a funder. Within that time Stephen has worked with clients across a variety of different sectors, ranging from telecommunications to health care, and from renewable energy projects to education. In particular, Stephen has been recognised as a leading practitioner in commercial property matters, corporate taxation (with particular reference to offshore property investment structures), and PFI/PPP projects. Stephen has assisted UK and international clients from both public and private sectors and in the past decade has provided strategic and corporate governance advice to those working with and for higher education institutions in developing international programmes in many countries, including Australia, France, India, Italy, Switzerland, the UK and the USA.
