Caroline has specialised in pensions law since qualifying as a solicitor in 2001. Caroline advises trustees and sponsoring employers of occupational pension schemes on all aspects of pensions law, with particular expertise on trustee issues, reviewing and amending pension scheme documentation, legislative and regulatory requirements and pensions disputes. Caroline also has considerable experience in advising on pension scheme restructurings, closures and wind-ups. Caroline is a full member of the Association of Pension Lawyers.
