Andrew specialises in banking and securitisation. As well as acting for a wide range of corporate clients, Andrew has also acted for a significant number of UK and overseas banks and financial institutions. On the mainstream banking side, Andrew's focus is on leveraged and property finance. He has also recently been involved in a number of high profile workouts.
