Andrew has specialised in pensions law since 1985. He advises trustees of major occupational pension schemes and private and public companies on a wide range of pensions law issues including pensions liability and risk management, acquisitions and disposals, pension scheme restructurings , winding up pension schemes, and Employer Financed Retirement Benefit Schemes. He is a Committee member and immediate past Chair of the Scottish group of the National Association of Pension Funds as well as a full member of the Association of Pension Lawyers. Andrew is a member of the Pensions Law Working Party. He has been a partner since 1992.
