Brigitta is an associate professional support lawyer specialising in corporate finance. Brigitta joined Shepherd and Wedderburn in 2008 having previously acquired a wide ranging background of transactional experience with Eversheds. She now provides a comprehensive support service to the firm's corporate finance lawyers including precedent drafting, training, knowledge development and current awareness. Brigitta is also involved in devising and implementing strategy for the internal management, development and delivery of knowledge and information in the firm.
