Marian Glen appointed to AITC Committee

Marian Glen, Head of Funds and Financial Services at Shepherd and Wedderburn and a non-executive director of Murray Income Trust plc, has been appointed to the Technical Committee of the Association of Investment Trust Companies (AITC). Marian's legal background and experience as a non-executive director of an investment trust were key factors in her selection.

Marian commented: "I am delighted to be appointed to the AITC's Technical Committee as my involvement with it will help ensure that Shepherd and Wedderburn is fully abreast of technical issues concerning investment trusts, while my role as a non-executive director provides me with first-hand knowledge of the issues affecting directors of investment trusts."
