Planning ahead at Shepherd and Wedderburn
Colin Innes, a partner at leading UK law firm Shepherd and Wedderburn, is once again the highest rated planning solicitor in Scotland in Planning Magazine, the Journal of the Royal Town Planning Institute. This is an unprecedented seventh consecutive top spot for Colin.
There was also collective success for the Planning and Environment Group as Shepherd and Wedderburn was ranked as the joint best planning firm in Scotland along with Brodies.
These rankings highlight the collective success for the Planning and Environment Group at Shepherd and Wedderburn.
Colin has been a partner at Shepherd and Wedderburn for nine years and is an accredited planning specialist and legal associate of the Royal Town Planning Institute (RTPI). His work spans all aspects of planning and environmental law.
The rankings are based on a survey of leading planning lawyers and consultants in Scotland. The awards recognise the diversity of planning achievement, whether in urban or rural areas projects promoted by the public, private or community sectors.
