Scottish Competition Law Forum: Consumers, Choice and Competition

The summer event of the SCLF will consider the reforms in Europe and the UK, which place consumer interests at the heart of competition law.

The Forum is delighted to welcome to Edinburgh Mme Eliana Garces Tolon representing the EU Commissioner for Consumer Protection, and Sean Wlliams, new Executive Director in the Office of Fair Trading.

The event is organised by the Office of Fair Trading in partnership with the Scottish Consumer Council and the Europa Institute.

The SCLF was established in 2005 to promote discussion and debate on competition law and policy in Scotland. 

The event is open to members and non-members.
