New ACAS Disciplinary and Grievance Guidance
Last month ACAS commenced consultation on its draft Code of Practice on Discipline and Grievance which will apply under new legislation replacing the statutory dispute resolution procedures.
ACAS has now issued draft non-statutory guidance on handling discipline and grievances in the workplace. The guidance is designed to support the Code by providing more detailed non-statutory guidance. In line with the consultation on the draft Code, comments on the supplementary guidance should be made by 25 July.
