We are currently recruiting for a Non-Contentious Construction/Projects Lawyer of 5 yrs PQE+, which offers the opportunity to join a construction and projects team in “growth mode” with a wide range of work spanning a number of sectors.  In addition to this, there is flexibility to develop a number of areas of the practice and assume responsibility within the group for specific sub-sectors and client relationships.

The role will involve dealing with Engineering and Construction Contracts; Development Agreements; Project Agreements; Bonds/Guarantees; Appointments and related/similar contracts.  

Candidates must have experience of SBCC/JCT and NEC, with experience in MF/1 and IChemE preferable.

This role will mainly involve acting for employers (both private sector developers and owner/occupiers; and public sector clients). The role also involves acting for contractors, funders; and other legal firms.

Main sectors are real estate; energy and public sector.
